Facebook FUNdamentals ~ Marketing is Meant to be Fun

My motto is, if you're marketing isn't fun, don't do it! That's why I LOVE Facebook. It's a community, a networking tool, a follow up tool, a list building tool, a marketplace and a playground all in one! Yeah, you can use it to catch up with friends from kindergarten or high school ~ that's really cathartic for me. But there's a LOT more you can do with Facebook as a marketing tool, and I'd like to teach you about it in my upcoming 3-week Facebook FUNdamentals Webinar.

Always a first step in any marketing plan should be the creation of your Strategic Attraction PlanTM so you can hone in on who you're attracting, who YOU are, what you want folks to expect from you and who you're being. Gaining clarity in these areas will help you to start attracting your perfect customers right away, and the answers you give to those key questions will form the foundation of your marketing activities.

Getting started with Facebook is easy.  I'll be showing folks all the basics with the webinar tool because sometimes you just need a little hand-holding to get up the confidence and gumption to enter a new world, and let me tell you, Facebook is a whole new world. 

If Facebook were a country, it would be in the top 10 largest countries in the world.  Every month it grows by 10 million so if you've been getting a lot of friend requests to join Facebook lately, that's why.  It is fertile ground for meeting new people and networking, that's for sure.

·         Create an Attraction Plan to start attracting perfect customers right away

·         Set up a Facebook account and fill in the profile information

·         Upload pictures and tag them with names of friends and colleagues

·         Locate friends on Facebook  and sort your friends list by category

·         Search for groups of like minded souls and network with them on Facebook

·         Update your Facebook  status regularly

·         Creating  groups, fan pages, events, marketing pages, and notes on Facebook and sharing with friends and colleagues

·         How to connect your blog with Facebook

·         How to have fun while you're marketing
